Cancellation | Rescheduling Policy
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text. Please honour your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Deposit for appointments
We require a $40 - $100 deposit for most service. By paying this deposit, you agree to Xtreme Beauty deposit policy.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Do not call only text messages are acceptable for cancellation or to reschedule.
This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Should you cancel less than 48 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment.
If you cancel less than 48 hours or did not show to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule.
What happens if I'm running late?
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Do I need to book?
We do take walk ins however, we suggest you book appointments for longer treatments. We do not take bookings for brow shape only. Any longer treatments, especially for late night and weekend appointments, will need to be booked ahead. We do offer a cancellation waiting-list service for peak times.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes beforehand, to give yourself time to unwind. Also, if you are a new client, we’ll ask you to fill in a consultation form, which takes about 5-10 minutes. We highly recommend you do not bring a companion for longer appointments with you. As we are a walk in clinic as well our waiting area gets extremely busy. Please we kindly ask you to ask your companion to wait outside.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations after this time may incur a charge. An appointment for lash extensions that is cancelled at short notice may result in forfeiture of the treatment without refund.
Is my gift voucher valid at any of your clinics?
Yes
Can I redeem your gift vouchers for cash?
No, but you can swap your treatment to another one on our price list, providing they are for the same value or you pay the difference. You may also use your voucher to purchase skincare products from us instead of taking the treatment.
Do you gift vouchers have an expiry date?
Yes, our vouchers expire 1 year from their date of issue. We will not be able to honour any expired Gift Vouchers
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, cash and Afterpay. We don’t accept cheques.
After pay is only available for online product or gift voucher purchase and not on treatments in clinic
Can I shop online?
Yes! You can shop Gift Vouchers and nearly all our products online. To shop Environ & O cosmedics online you must have purchased these brands at Xtreme Beauty before.
Do you have treatment promotions and specials?
Yes, we have regular promotions. Like & follow our Xtreme Beauty Facebook page and keep checking our Facebook page for the latest promotions.
Can I buy a gift voucher for treatment specials?
No it’s not possible to buy a gift voucher for special promotions.
What is the delivery fee for online and phone orders?
We offer a flat rate of $8 for North Island and $8 and for south island it's $13 to New Zealand addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I send my gift purchase to someone other than myself?
Yes. As you go through to the checkout you will be asked the delivery address of the recipient, at this point you nominate the person and actual physical address you want the gift sent to. Please use the street address, we do not send items to PO Box numbers.
Availability of products?
Some products displayed online may not be available in all clinics or available to purchase online. Some Products may only be purchased from our website and may not be available in any of our clinics. Some items may require a waiting period for delivery. We reserve the right to limit quantities or limit the number of Products a client can purchase in a single transaction.
Gift vouchers
Our gift cards are issued by Xtreme Beauty. These have no value until activated at the time of purchase. Our gift vouchers can be used for the purchase of Products at Xtreme Beauty clinic but are not available to use online at www.xtremebeauty.co.nz. Gift vouchers may not be returned, redeemed for cash or transferred. Any unused value on a gift voucher expires 1 year after the date of issue. To use, simply present the Gift voucher for full payment at any one time of purchase. The full amount of any purchase will be deducted from the voucher.
Please take care of your Gift voucher as if it were cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you purchase a Gift Card online and it does not arrive within 10 days after your order is confirmed please promptly contact info@xtremebeauty.co.nz
